I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The spa was absolutely amazing and a highlight. However, the service at the Pony Room left much to be desired, especially from one bartender who seemed uninterested. Overall, the rooms were luxurious and spacious, making for a comfortable getaway. I appreciated the attentive service at dinner but endured a frustrating check-in process that clouded the start of my stay.
